5 Betting Rules

All bets placed on OksBet are subject to the following terms and conditions. In the event of any discrepancy or technical error, OksBet reserves the right to void the bet.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Separate rules apply to live betting once a match or event has begun.
• If odds change, the odds at the time the bet was placed will apply.
• If an event is cancelled, the stake will be refunded.

6 Responsible Gaming

7 Account Suspension & Restrictions

• Involvement in any form of fraud, hacking, or illegal activity.
• Irregular financial transactions or chargebacks.

8 Legal Dispute Resolution

Any dispute between OksBet and a user will first be addressed through negotiation. The user should raise the complaint with the support team, and OksBet will respond within 7 business days.

• Mediation by a neutral third party is acceptable for resolving disputes.
• Users do not have the right to file class action or collective lawsuits against OksBet.
